Scott Donald Wiele co-founded EverKleen, a highly successful environmental services company based in Minnesota. While Islet Technology, the company Wiele co-founded, operated as a for-profit entity, it never accepted any funds for 10 years. During this time, the company made significant contributions to diabetes research, advancing treatment options for insulin-dependent diabetic patients and collaborating extensively with the University of Minnesota, UC Davis, and UCLA.
